Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order. If 7 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- You must provide the original receipt and proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong product, contact us immediately. In order for us to assess the situation and offer a resolution, you must provide a photograph of the damaged item(s) at the time of discovery. We are committed to making things right.
